Mabey’s breaking ground at newest location!
Mabey's will be breaking ground March 13th, 2020 at our upcoming location at 486 3rd Ave Extension, Rensselaer, NY 12144.
Mabey's Moving & Storage, Inc. is pleased to announce our upcoming groundbreaking ceremony at our
newest location being built in Rensselaer, NY.
This new facility will incorporate the latest technology in climate-controlled storage through Mabey's Self-Storage, Inc., along with 16,000 square feet of commercial warehouse space through our moving company. Combined, the new facility will host 70,000 square feet of storage space, available to our friends and neighbors here in the Capital District and beyond.
With 3 floors of climate controlled storage, this new building will be Mabey's 8th storage facility in the
Capital District. We are building this complex within 1/4 mile of our existing facility in Rensselaer on 3rd
Avenue Extension. Physically, it will be located on the south side of 3rd Ave Extension and immediately
west of Interstate 90.
